Our firm's founder, attorney Michael Mandel, has more than 30 years of personal injury trial experience. He has tried cases in all Bay Area counties, including: San Francisco, Solano, Napa, Marin, Contra Costa, Alameda, San Mateo, and Santa Clara. His first jury trial was in 1971. His first medical malpractice trial was in 1973, resulting in an award for failure to diagnose tongue cancer. (Hawthorne v. Campbell, D.D.S.)
